All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Currently accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice, cancel orders resulting from pricing or technical errors, and refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at support@bellamora.co.in. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return process applies. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery is fulfilled through Delhivery across India. Bellamora is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. A ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds for returns due to customer preference. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after pickup of the returned item. 8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code or malware, or to harass or harm other users.
